Shipping Policy

At Lifespan Dermatology™, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and convenient. To achieve this, we provide the following shipping options:

Economy: $100.00 and up - 5 to 8 business days - Free

Economy: $20.00–$99.00 - 5 to 8 business days - $9.95 USD

Standard: $20.00–$99.00 - 3 to 4 business days - $17.95 USD

Standard: $99.00 and up - 3 to 4 business days - $8.00 USD

We prioritize the swift processing and dispatch of your orders to ensure you can enjoy the benefits of our products without delay.

Additional Information:

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking Your Order: Keep track of your order's journey using the provided tracking number. This allows you to monitor its status and estimate its arrival.

International Shipping: Presently, we exclusively offer shipping within the United States. Regrettably, international shipping options are not available at this time.

Shipping Address: To prevent delivery delays, kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date. We disclaim responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events, delivery times may be affected. We will endeavor to promptly notify you of any such delays.

Returns

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 7 days of receiving your return. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@lifespandermatology.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@lifespandermatology.com and send your item to: PO Box 749, Plattsburgh NY 12901-0316.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 749, Plattsburgh NY 12901-0316

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
